Boy, you had a great seat on the airplane. Those are terrific shots. I live in the SF Bay Area and when I saw the first image, I thought "Wow, that looks like the SF Bay!" Then I looked more closely and saw the GGB peeking out of the fog. I checked out the cloud posting of the shots above Mr. Rainier. I've never seen such clouds before. What a wonderful sight! Thanks.
Wow, did you go somewhere interesting recently. I'm so used to seeing pictures from your motorhome. Haha! I have never seen the Golden Gate Bridge from the plane before. What a sight you saw!

ReplyDeletePS The smoke stack is a garbage incinerator for the whole Bergen area. They burn what cannot be recycled and use it as a central heating plant.
I do like an way above the ground shots. There is such an ethereal feel looking onto the blanket of clouds.

It's interesting to look at the top side of the clouds, and that's a great photo with the Golden Gate bridge peeking through the clouds.
