I took this driving down the road at Lake Havasau
Another time at Quartzite Az.
Do you see the jet ? Photo needs to be large
I took this one last night after the eclipse which i couldn't get one photo to turn out , which really ticked me off. So i hope to see some of yours .
Multiple exposure
Nice shot! Love your photos especially the three moons....
ReplyDeleteThese are nice Lilli! I especially like the first two very much. It's nice to visit your side of the continent every week.
ReplyDeleteI like the color in that one photo you have. Sorry your moon shots didn't turn out the way you wanted. Isn't that frustrating. I did take a couple of the moon..not the greatest, but not too bad. Take a look.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy you will be able to see some great eclipse photos from other Skywatch participants. I missed the whole thing and was happy to see these shots. I haven't figured out how to post a photo that you can click on and enlarge yet, baby steps... :)
ReplyDeleteyou have some great shots here...
I had no luck getting a picture of the eclipse. I am hoping I see somebody's wonderful shots!
ReplyDeleteYour moon photos are knockout gorgeous. Love them so much! My Sky Watch is here. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteNice sky pictures. I couldn't get the moon either. I need mooning lessons. lol
ReplyDeletethose are some beautiful sunsets!
ReplyDeleteI didn't get a shot of the eclipse either!
Oh, nice pics. At least you saw the moon... I couldn't see it at all! Ugh... weather was not nice.
ReplyDeleteI like the multiple exposure photo. Glad you told me otherwise I thought I was seeing things. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteNice series.
ReplyDeletePS There really was a moon...
Love the pictures. I couldn't get the moon either. How was Quartzite? We've stopped there a few times and love the vendors.
ReplyDeleteGood series.
ReplyDeleteThe last shot is cool! :)
Love the moon, to bad you could not get a good shot of the eclipse, maybe next time?
ReplyDeleteThanks for leaving a comment on my blog, and yes the photo of the northern ligth is real.
all beautiful images, bu the second is fantastic, well done.
ReplyDeleteThey are all looking fabulous, but I liked very much the second one. Great colors there.
ReplyDeleteThe eclipse was tricky and frustrating to capture, I deleted 90% of mine, and most of the ones i kept are grainy, but at least i got a record of it for posterity, and if you don't wear your glasses they look ok! We never got to see it after the eclipse, because it set shortly after it reached totality, at about 5.30am.
ReplyDeleteWow beautiful. I cannot take good moon pictures. My zoom is not good enough. These are great
ReplyDeleteThat second picture is a stunner.. as for your moon shot.. I'm sory you did not manage to get the shots you wanted. But I can tell you that I've seen some very goods ones today.
ReplyDeleteI missed out on moon shots because of clouds
I like your second photos. but all lovely
ReplyDeleteMy first SWF
I like your moon series :D
ReplyDeleteMy SWF #4
Velly interestingly good shots.
ReplyDeleteAbout the poem in "With Images", yes it was write by me.
ReplyDeleteThe sunsets were very pretty. The colors were great. I liked the moom series even if they didn't turn out the way you wanted, they were nice. We didn't get to see the moon that nicht, too much cloud cover. :(
ReplyDeleteNice shot!!
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day:)
Hi,
ReplyDeleteThese are great.I love the ones of the moon, even if you didn't manage to get the eclipse.we didn't see it here either so it's good to see the photos of it here on Sky Watch.
Great pictures, I do have to chuckle about Dot needing Moon lessons, Silly me, must be a 60's thing ')

ReplyDeleteLove these!
ReplyDeleteI seem to take a LOT of moon pictures... lol
looks like the one i took
ReplyDeleteI always so enjoy your photos of the Southwest.
ReplyDeleteNice, I didn't know we had three moons.
ReplyDeleteMultiple exposures... clever! I must try that soon.
ReplyDeleteLovely sky photos, Lilli. I watched the eclipse from a warm bedroom window....much too cold outside for a tripod and camera... sorry I don't have any good ones to offer.
ReplyDeleteNice bunch of SFW photos!
ReplyDeleteI didn't get any photos of the eclipse either.
ReplyDeleteI really like the last shot here.
Happy Friday!
Great shots!
ReplyDeleteI like that first picture. Also, your moon photos remind me of one I took after the last eclipse. I really like the moon in the clouds.
ReplyDeleteNice shots. Your pics of the eclipse turned out better than mine. I enjoyed the double exposute.
ReplyDeletethose are such bad eclipse shots. I had the taken similar shots and it is very hard to get a good shot unless you have some kind of super lens.
ReplyDeletethanks for visiting my sky watch.
I enlarged the jet trail and could not find the jet.
ReplyDeleteI took a nap and missed most of the eclipse. I got one photo but it is a red blur.
Good photos. I really liked the second one!
ReplyDeleteCool shots!!
ReplyDeletelove love love the multiple exposure one!
ReplyDeleteI found the plane. Sunrise? Sunset? Nice. MB
