Strange house?


I saw this along the Sacramento freeway and had to take a double look to see if it is a tree house or something else, still don't know for sure.

    It looks like a watch tower and water tower and goodness knows what else kind of tower.. well captured.

    If it was here, it could be a very large deer stand... but along the freeway, who knows? Looks like a converted water tower to me, wouldn't a fire watch tower have better windows?
