I love the giant ones! And just this year, I found out they come in different colors but smaller ones. . . I will have a flower up IF blogger co-operates. Will try again in a little while as was unsuccessful all day so far.

You caught this doing what sunflowers do best--drooping loaded with seeds. . .and the sun through the leaves is especially lovely. Nice post!

I like sunflowers. I planted them once, but I think deer would come along and eat the entire top of the flower. I would just have a stem.

I thought flowers were supposed to look up at the sun. This one is spying on the house, or maybe it has found a good book down below. Hmmm... I wonder what it's reading.
