I took these on 10-21-08 in the evening
I love this hole
I took this on Sunday 10-19-08 going to Redmond I loved the snow cap on the mountain.
Streamers in the sky, I took these last Thursday 10-16-08 in the morning. Must of had a lot of planes coming and going.
Very nice sky watch photos :)
ReplyDeleteA lnovely buch of shots again the pinks got the blues.
ReplyDeleteIm leaving on a jet plane, don't know when I'll be back again.
ReplyDeleteVapour trails are lovely especally when the sun touches them and turns them pink.
Your camper/tourer. Nice.
Thanks for sharing.
This is a great series. I love the view of the mountains in the background.
ReplyDeleteYes, I love the snow capped mountain too. But isn't the picture above it amazing! And the picture above that - oh, they are all lovely.
ReplyDeleteThat snowcapped mountain is quite impressive. We had a snowfall here but it looks like most of it has melted during the daytime with bits and pieces in the shade still... but it still gets very cold at nights.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful series of photos.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Such a nice collection of pretty skies, Lilli! Happy Sky Watch!
ReplyDeleteHi Lilli! Your skies were full of interesting colors and strokes of white!! Are those all vapor trails...
ReplyDeleteYour jet trails are really neat, but they could be from rockets, we get those here. I like the "hole" cloud, too.
ReplyDelete"Louis" likes your SWF images very much - but what he REALLY wants is a cheeseburger from Sonic! He hasn't had one since he left Oklahoma City 30 years ago!
ReplyDelete(Editor to "Louis:" I thought you were opposed to serving beef - something about a fear of becoming a burger yourself...
"Louis" to Editor: Shaddup! If you had ever had a Sonic burger, you would understand why I'm making an exception...)
Wow! You've got some amazing ribbons in your skies. Wonderful. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteNot sure which shot I like best; you sure gave us a lot to look at!
ReplyDeleteWow! What a lot of contrails you captured. Sure made interesting patterns in the sky. I love the pastel tints in the first few sky shots. Very delicate.
ReplyDeleteThose contrails are a little distracting, but they do make an interesting pattern in the sky! very nice!
ReplyDeleteGreat series of images but I love the one with the leaves!
ReplyDeleteNow those are a good representation of Centeral Oregon skies! Wonderful.
ReplyDeleteAll nice photos, but the contrails really "wowed" me!
ReplyDeleteNice cloud pics. Has the Sonic Drive In good burgers? it looks like it is 50s or 60s theme
ReplyDeleteSo many beautiful pictures! I just can't pick my favorite :-). Bye and greetings from Croatia
ReplyDeleteIt is fabulous! I really enjoyed sky watch and also it refreshed my mind. Thank you

Great variety, great skies...holes, streamers, snowcaped mountains!
ReplyDeleteAre those contrails? I've never seen so many crisscrossing. I guess you took these right outside your place because you mentioned a Sonic was built right next door to you. :D
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your pictures. Sky Watching is fun!
ReplyDeleteOur skies can be covered in con trails too. Used to be more aware of it when we lived on the island.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful skies - love the all:)
ReplyDeleteGreat set for skywatch, i loved the snow capped mountain and the old barm with the dead tree in the post above.
ReplyDeleteGreat series, Lilly!
