Wow, that looks like fire in the sky. Looking at your bottom set of photos, I have never seen a sky like that. Glad you were able to capture it.
Regarding your comment on Stanford, as a visitor, I haven't had a problem going to different places within the campus, although, I haven't seen the art gallery and their (Herbert) Hoover Observation Tower closes early so I miss going up every single time.
And, about the coffee, I drink Folgers too. I agree with you that with these economic times, people are finding cheaper solutions to Starbucks.
Amazing colours that evening sky had. Simply stunning. I find it hard to imagine how much more colour the sky really had as these images look so beautiful in themselves.
