Going to combine camera critters and yellow mellow monday this week.
Boy it has been a hectic week for me and the kitties, last weekend i preadopted all nine kittens so they all have homes to go too when they are ready to be altered, I think they all will have a wonderful life with there new owners. i know i will miss them when they go. But also releaved, at this age they really are a lot of fun but also a lot more work, keeping them clean and there bedding clean, there at the age were the transition of feeding real food and formula is a bit of a messy situation most times. Lots of cat box cleaning several times a day. I find i don't have the computer time i used to have, my apologies to those i didn't get to visit last time.
The cattery wants them to be at least 2 lbs before they can be fixed so they have a couple more weeks to go. I think they weigh about a 1 1/2 lbs now. So here is little Milo which his forever parents named him, he is so cute and well as you can see so relaxed and comfortable here. His little brother is identical to him accept a bit smaller.
So then last week we got these little guys coming for a visit, we had just started up the waterfall and i started luring the ducks to the pond so that they could get water, well never really thinking that they would get in it, but here they are having a nice bath. well love the wild life BUT i forgot that they also leave you nice squishy yucks on the ground and in the pond. Not good when one wants to sit in the yard and enjoy it.Oh well i guess it can be cleaned up, another job that will need to be done.Going to combine camera critters and yellow mellow monday this week.

Ok so the yellow is the beaks of the ducks

Oh my, that's so gorgeous! Milo is looking so comfortable. I can understand the ducks. I would have joined them right away, if I was a duck. Have a great week, Lilli. You are doing a wonderful job.

Yes, you are a good kitty momma! Ü
ReplyDeleteI like the ducks in your pond. Is it legal to ahve them on private property? Just wondering.
Love that sweet little kitten. How did you get those ducks to come to your little pond. Amazing!! Thanks for sharing your great photos and your wonderful caring life. Happy Monday!
ReplyDeleteAwwwww ... Milo is gorgeous !!
ReplyDeleteLove both the photos.. :-)
Milo is adorable ... I suspect you'll have mixed feelings when the kitties go to their 'forever' homes, but I'm sure you're relieved they all have such loving homes to go to! Love multi-tasking myself and often combine memes, but this week's Camera Critters is at Small Reflections and Mellow Yellow Monday is at Happily Retired Gal.
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
Milo is adorable :) And I love the duckies!
ReplyDeleteMilo is a doll-baby! I'd grab him up in a minute!
ReplyDeleteThe ducks are beautiful; the males are such show-offs with their beautiful blue-green head feathers. They must have been just lurking around waiting for you to activiate the pond/waterfall.
Ha, you can just tell Milo is a boy from where he chooses to sleep. ;)
ReplyDeleteOh my - what a cute adorable kitten! They should stay that way forever! "J" has a point.....:)
ReplyDelete.....I forgot to look at the cute ducks......
I'm late getting around also, but I am glad I saw this post. Lovely kitten photo - a big awwwwwww on that little guy. Cute duck photos.
ReplyDeleteThat is a cute picture of Milo. I can't believe he's sound asleep while standing up.
ReplyDeleteRegarding Stuttgart, how lucky were you to live in Europe! Do you remember some of those sites I had on my photograph? I'm sure it's changed a little. :)
Cute. The Ducks are cute too, maybe there is not much water around?
ReplyDeleteMilo sure is a cutie pie!
