Looks yummy. Lots of good ruins to visit in New Mexico....too many to mention. you might want to consider chaco canyon (hope I spelled it right) and of course Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
That is one really good looking meal....I really, really miss eating steak and baked potatoes.

Oh! I've heard about this restaurant before, it's famous! I think it was on tv. I remember researching it afterwards and realizing that it will probably be a place I might never get to. :( It's just not en route to or from anywhere. But then again, Never say Never, right?
