I almost did airplane for A theme. . . we have Pearson air park which is all private planes in Vancouver and it is fun to go watch them take off and land too. You have a nice series of shots. Glad you are still participating and thanks for stopping by!

Great shots. Are you going to follow a travel theme? Just wondered. I love seeing your travels.

That's an interesting color for a plane. The first plane looks like it's under maintenance.

For someone who doesn't 'do' airplanes, you can certainly photograph a great series of shots of them!

Nice looking air planes - maybe a bit too small for me. The larger the better! Good A.

Thank you for you kind comment!

I live near BWI and there is a park where you can watch the planes come in and feel like you could touch them. Some times I duck down in my car when I drive by, they feel so close as they come in to land.

Missed this last week. It takes me back to my childhood at boarding school. During the growing season the a crop duster would spray the fields alongside the school and I remember the smell of the insecticide drifting over the school. I have often wondered what type of insecticide it was and what damage that did to some of us. In thise days it was probably DDT. Of course it would never be allowed today.
