Sunday I had to get out of the house, being cooped up for a few weeks it was time to get out and explore again. Here we took trip to Black Butte Ranch, ok never did find it, must of turned off a wrong road. But did come across this, been trying to do find out as to what it used to be and what it was called but so far nothing.Nevada thinks it was a old mine. Click on photos

Hi.
I hope that you had a nice Easter! :)
May be this is a extracting plant for sand or stone?
I really don`t know.... ;)
Have a wonderful week anyhow.:)
Oh, you guys have so much fun! Getting out and exploring....and finding things you weren't even looking for! These are very interesting!! I wonder what kind of mining was done in that area. Any idea?
Great pictures! I love the water tower. Looks like a good place to investigate further.
A very good adventure.
Thanks for visit.
It's Autuum now.
Here, flowers stay through the year.
You and Nevada get an A+ for exploration. Great shots!
Wonder if the water tank was so close to supply water to this place? Interesting find. Sorry you could not find what you were actually in route to find. I hate when I cannot find what I have in mind.
I read your profile "about you", and I found it very interesting. I have always loved traveling, although I do not go places often. I hope that everything you do is loaded with fun!
:D Ellie.
Interesting, a old mine ?
great to travel with you in you photos.
Enjoyed your photos of the unexpected side trip! I think I like the little shack the best tho, Makes me wonder what it was used for in earlier times.
I found somethign interesting this weekend also -- come and see.
Very interesting post,It was meant to be that you lost your turn.
I cannot believe how this is still there, over here anything like this would be stripped and the metalwork weighed in for scrap. The road side hut looks a bit creepy, I think I'd give that a miss.. ha!
Sure looks rundown like a old cowboy town.
interesting buildings and structures! very nice shots!
I love abandoned buildings and wonder what history they hold. I wonder what that little red shack in the middle of nowhere was used for?
It does look like a mine, Lilli. Kinda makes you wonder. The stories it could tell!
