These are nice Lilli! I especially like the first two very much. It's nice to visit your side of the continent every week.

I like the color in that one photo you have. Sorry your moon shots didn't turn out the way you wanted. Isn't that frustrating. I did take a couple of the moon..not the greatest, but not too bad. Take a look.

I'm happy you will be able to see some great eclipse photos from other Skywatch participants. I missed the whole thing and was happy to see these shots. I haven't figured out how to post a photo that you can click on and enlarge yet, baby steps... :)
you have some great shots here...

They are all looking fabulous, but I liked very much the second one. Great colors there.

The eclipse was tricky and frustrating to capture, I deleted 90% of mine, and most of the ones i kept are grainy, but at least i got a record of it for posterity, and if you don't wear your glasses they look ok! We never got to see it after the eclipse, because it set shortly after it reached totality, at about 5.30am.

Andrea said...

Wow beautiful. I cannot take good moon pictures. My zoom is not good enough. These are great

That second picture is a stunner.. as for your moon shot.. I'm sory you did not manage to get the shots you wanted. But I can tell you that I've seen some very goods ones today.
I missed out on moon shots because of clouds

The sunsets were very pretty. The colors were great. I liked the moom series even if they didn't turn out the way you wanted, they were nice. We didn't get to see the moon that nicht, too much cloud cover. :(

Multiple exposures... clever! I must try that soon.

Lovely sky photos, Lilli. I watched the eclipse from a warm bedroom window....much too cold outside for a tripod and camera... sorry I don't have any good ones to offer.

Nice bunch of SFW photos!

I didn't get any photos of the eclipse either.

I like that first picture. Also, your moon photos remind me of one I took after the last eclipse. I really like the moon in the clouds.

Anonymous said...

Nice shots. Your pics of the eclipse turned out better than mine. I enjoyed the double exposute.

Anonymous said...

those are such bad eclipse shots. I had the taken similar shots and it is very hard to get a good shot unless you have some kind of super lens.

thanks for visiting my sky watch.

Paulie said...

I enlarged the jet trail and could not find the jet.

I took a nap and missed most of the eclipse. I got one photo but it is a red blur.
