Day 3 Elko Nevada
Not much to see on the way to Elko but did find these tunnels interesting.
I was surprised how this one turned out going through it, I like it.

I found this sort of weird as i think it was a barn at one time and i think they turned it into a house. Doesn't the background of the land look stark?

The yellow tunnel is cool and the tunnel from the outside. I have seen makeovers of barns into houses and they are gorgeous inside.

I'm not sure I'd like to go through those tunnels though, seems a little dangerous. How long are the tunnels anyway?
Funny they have to post a sign to tell people not to change lanes in the tunnel. I guess some people need to be told everything.

Interesting to see so many tunnel openings especially the ones to the right where they are so far apart. Those NV towns have some unique casinos.

It's been a long time since I've been through that area. When I was a kid we had relatives in Battle Mountain, NV. They used to go to Elko when they wanted to go to a big city.
Looks like a great trip.
