I saw this along the Sacramento freeway and had to take a double look to see if it is a tree house or something else, still don't know for sure.

hehe, whatever it is, you don't want to live there if you are a party animal, not a place to step out of unless you have your wits about you!
If it was here, it could be a very large deer stand... but along the freeway, who knows? Looks like a converted water tower to me, wouldn't a fire watch tower have better windows?
