More than half of the more than 500 species occur in North America, particularly Kentucky (Mammoth Cave) and Louisiana in the Mississippi basin. Crayfish also live in Europe, New Zealand, East Asia and throughout the world, including the Tristan da Cunha Islands. Nearly all live in freshwater, although a few survive in salt water. Crayfish are characterised by a joined head and thorax, or midsection, and a segmented body, which is sandy yellow, green, or dark brown in colour.

Second night of a disappointing photo but at least it is a lot better than the first posting of the sun. At least this you can see some color and it looks like the sun was cut in half.Sorry this photo is blurry not sure what happend there.
I am not sure what setting i had this one on, but it does not look all that pretty like the rest.
What a disappointment last night,I had the most beautiful sun i have seen in a long time, the sun was on fire, but do these photos show this? NO!!!!!, I don't know what or how i should of had the camera set to get the hot glow of the sun. But i tried every setting there was and none came up with the red hot glow. I guess that is were a good spendy camera comes in at. I was so disappointed. Any help if i should see that hot glow again? How could the sun turn out white, yuck!!!!!
We own a small motel that we bought in 1994 and have worked at successfully, but along with everything that has gone on with the economy we no longer run it as a motel. Plus were getting old, so just do monthly's now.
I got involved with a cat rescue CRAFT NO KILL SHELTER a couple of yrs ago and have started devoting my time to saving baby kittens lives,I am the head bottle baby momma for them,I have enjoyed doing babies over the yrs although sometimes its so sad when you can't save them, but so full filling when they finally find there forever homes and know they got a good one. Sad for me when they leave however.
Please leave a comment as i would love to hear from you.
