Drake Park & beyond continued

Well it took a while to figure out how to do the slide show, Thanks all for posting on it. really had not intended to use it on there but just wanted to check it out. Actually wanted to do the slide on the side bar. But havn't figured out how to do it yet. Any suggestions?

To continue the journey we drove a bit farther to Big Eddy Aspan. I think they call it that because they have a lot of Aspan trees there, also another place for rafting. Lots of that around here as well.

Love the ice forming on the rocks Our next stop is the Slough.Don't really no why they call it that, but they have a boat ramp, one thing about this part of the country we have lots of lakes and fishing places.
We continue on to Benham Falls. Which will continue tomorrow

Burr, it looks cold.

That's a nice walk, I've been on it myself. The walk to Benham is nice too.

I love the abstract nature of the ice and trees photos. They are wonderful. The darkness of the shadows makes the water look very deep!

To add your slide show to the sidebar, change the dimensions to 185 by 152 in the code and paste it into a "new html" window, which is one of the layout options in Blogger.

You should be able to open the window for the slide show post and copy the code out of there. Just look for the dimensions and change them.

I see you are quite a travellers. Lovely photos here.
As for your question on my NOTASECRET about the weather, it's more or less like this: rain for about four/three months and the rst of the year sun. Snow in Portugal only in some really small parts of the country.

It looks very cold out there!
I'm on dialup and the slide shows take to long to download so I always skip them. Hope you get it figured out.

I love to see water gushing over rocks. They are all beautiful but the one with the ice on the rocks is gorgeous. Just beautiful.

That's what I call God's Country. What beauty and you are seeing it first hand. How I wish I were with you right now.

Tis i again. People of Birmingham travel by cars ect there are main roads, the waterway is only a canal running thru the centre of the city. The roads are very busy, but to show its beauty, i didnt show them.
