stunning place. I especially like the way your photos capture the strange bond that seems to exist between mountains and sky, they are so often embracing each other!

Nice pictures of Shasta and the lake. Can't remember the last time we went through there.

Imagine living there and seeing that beautiful mountain everyday. I never had a chance to head up that way. It looks very cold.

To answer your question about McHale's Navy at Universal Studios. I totally forgot about that display. I think it's still there. They still have the tunnel that turns, but no more Cylon.

Nice lanscape and a beautiful mountain. The top covered in clouds and snow. Great! :)

I think the "B" says that you are a "Blogspot" blogger.

Wishing you a nice weekend. :)

Very informative! Is it a volcano at the top or am I only fooled by the clouds at the top?

I grew up around mountains - I went to school in Darjeeling, so these photographs really made an impact on me!

Hi Lilli,
Stunning photos,I personally would have a hard job picking out a favourite, they are all so good.Don't worry about not being able to read the print on the nestonlibrary site. I had the same problem until I tried it on a different browser(Mozilla firefox) and I found it was much better on there.
